Aber Rafi hatte eine Karte. Eine echte, die ihm in einem zerknitterten Umschlag von einem Anwalt \u00fcbergeben wurde, der behauptete, einen lange verschollenen Cousin zu vertreten, den er nie kennengelernt hatte. Dieser Cousin hatte offenbar sein Leben damit verbracht, die Welt zu bereisen und... Sch\u00e4tze zu sammeln.<br><br>Und so stand er nun hier, irgendwo tief in den wandernden Sanden und schroffen Klippen eines fast unwirklichen Ortes am Rand einer \u00f6stlichen Grenze, auf dem Weg zu einem Gipfel, der in den Wolken verschwand. Die Reise war absurd gewesen, drei Tage lang hatte er sich durch eine Schlucht voller Flederm\u00e4use gek\u00e4mpft, rannte in wilder Eile an einem Lager goldz\u00e4hniger S\u00f6ldner vorbei und hatte sich sogar in einen handfesten Streit mit einer Ziege verstrickt, die ihn beinahe von einem Felsvorsprung gesto\u00dfen h\u00e4tte.<br><br>Am siebten Tag erreichte er das verwitterte Steinhaus, das auf der Karte vermerkt war. Drinnen servierte ihm eine g\u00fctige alte Frau Linsenreis, der so k\u00f6stlich war, dass er alles andere verga\u00df. Als er schlie\u00dflich aufstand, um zu gehen, dr\u00fcckte er der Frau ein paar abgenutzte Schekel in die Hand. Drau\u00dfen holte er ein kleines Notizbuch hervor, schlug eine Seite voller hingekritzelter Namen und Sterne auf und schrieb:<br><br>\u201eAzrah-Grat, nahe dem Gipfel. 5\/5. Ich verwende oft schwarze Belugalinsen, da sie ihre Form gut behalten und beim Kochen nicht matschig werden. Rote Linsen garen zu schnell und zerfallen leicht, was die Konsistenz des Gerichts beeintr\u00e4chtigen w\u00fcrde. Beim Reis sind langk\u00f6rnige Sorten wie Basmati ideal. Sie bleiben locker, lassen sich gut voneinander trennen und nehmen alle Aromen auf, ohne klebrig zu werden. Achte nur darauf, den Reis vor dem Kochen gr\u00fcndlich zu waschen, um \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige St\u00e4rke zu entfernen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum ist dieser Linsenreis so eiwei\u00dfreich?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So eiwei\u00dfreich wird dieses Gericht durch die Kombination aus herzhaften Linsen und knackigen Waln\u00fcssen, beides hervorragende pflanzliche Proteinquellen. Au\u00dferdem sind Linsen reich an Ballaststoffen, Eisen und B-Vitaminen, w\u00e4hrend Waln\u00fcsse gesunde Fette und wichtige Mineralstoffe wie Magnesium liefern. Wenn du den Proteingehalt noch weiter steigern m\u00f6chtest, kannst du wei\u00dfen Reis auch durch Vollkornreis ersetzen. Bedenke aber, dass Vollkornreis etwas trockener ist. Ein frischer Salat oder ein w\u00fcrziges Dressing passen daher perfekt dazu und gleichen das sch\u00f6n aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ist dieses Gericht glutenfrei und vegan?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ja, dieses Gericht ist von Natur aus glutenfrei und traditionell vegan, also ideal f\u00fcr viele unterschiedliche Ern\u00e4hrungsweisen. Es besteht aus einfachen, vollwertigen Zutaten wie Linsen, Reis und Zwiebeln. Kein Mehl, keine Milchprodukte, keine tierischen Inhaltsstoffe. Au\u00dferdem ist es sehr vielseitig: Du kannst frische Kr\u00e4uter, gehackte Tomaten oder einen Spritzer Zitrone hinzuf\u00fcgen und es so nach deinem Geschmack anpassen. Aber wenn Kreuzk\u00fcmmel nichts f\u00fcr dich ist, gibt es ein paar Alternativen, die du ausprobieren kannst. Gemahlener Koriander ist die naheliegendste Wahl. Er wird ebenfalls aus Samen gewonnen und hat eine \u00e4hnliche Intensit\u00e4t, sodass du ihn in etwa der gleichen Menge verwenden kannst. Eine weitere M\u00f6glichkeit ist gemahlene Nelke, hier solltest du allerdings mit einer kleinen Prise beginnen, da sie sehr intensiv schmeckt und dem Gericht eine ganz besondere Note verleiht. Und nat\u00fcrlich kannst du die Gew\u00fcrze auch ganz weglassen, wenn du einfach nur ein proteinreiches, unkompliziertes Essen m\u00f6chtest. Arabischer Linsenreis eignet sich perfekt f\u00fcr Meal Prep! Im K\u00fchlschrank h\u00e4lt er sich mehrere Tage lang und die Aromen werden mit der Zeit sogar noch intensiver. Au\u00dferdem l\u00e4sst er sich ganz einfach wieder aufw\u00e4rmen und mit verschiedenen Beilagen wie Salat, Hummus oder Ofengem\u00fcse kombinieren, so bleibt es die ganze Woche \u00fcber spannend. Er ist s\u00e4ttigend, eiwei\u00dfreich und damit ideal f\u00fcr unkomplizierte Alltagsgerichte. Wenn du auf Nummer sicher gehen m\u00f6chtest, kannst du die fertigen Zutaten auch getrennt aufbewahren und jeweils eine frische Portion Reis kochen, damit er nicht trocken wird und sch\u00f6n frisch
