Es gab Tortillas, Bohnen, Reis, Salsa, Guacamole und immer jede Menge Gel\u00e4chter. F\u00fcr einen der Freunde war das aber nicht so einfach. Arlo, der Igel, liebte Burritos, aber seine winzigen Pfoten machten das Wickeln und Halten fast unm\u00f6glich. Jedes Mal, wenn er es versuchte, kullerte die F\u00fcllung heraus und die Tortilla blieb an seinen Stacheln h\u00e4ngen. Am Ende hatte er Guacamole in den Ohren und Reis im Fell.<br>Meist knabberte Arlo also nur an kleinen St\u00fccken und sah seinen Freunden zu, wie sie fr\u00f6hlich schmausten und dabei ihren w\u00f6chentlichen Brettspiel-Marathon veranstalteten. Doch dann, an einem Sonntag, tauchte Benny, der Dachs, mit etwas ganz anderem auf.<br><br>\"Das habe ich f\u00fcr dich gemacht\", sagte Benny und stellte eine kleine Holzschale vor Arlo hin.<br><br>Darin befand sich eine h\u00fcbsche kleine Burrito-Bowl. Schichtweise Reis, Bohnen, ger\u00f6stetes Gem\u00fcse, Salsa und ein Klecks Guacamole genau in der Mitte. Keine Tortilla, kein Durcheinander. Einfach alles, was Arlo liebte, an einem Ort. Schlauer ist es, die Basis und die Sauce vorzubereiten. Koche eine gro\u00dfe Portion der Tomaten-Tofu-Bohnen-Mischung und mixe eine ordentliche Menge Cashew-Sauce. K\u00fchlst du beides direkt nach dem Kochen, h\u00e4lt es sich mehrere Tage. Dann kochst du jeden zweiten Tag frischen Reis und kombinierst ihn mit der vorbereiteten Basis, der Sauce und dem frischen Gem\u00fcse, auf das du gerade Lust hast. So erledigst du den aufwendigen Teil nur einmal, genie\u00dft aber trotzdem jeden Tag eine frische und individuell anpassbare Bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Muss ich f\u00fcr eine Burrito-Bowl wirklich alles selbst machen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ganz und gar nicht! Du musst nicht alles von Grund auf selbst machen, um eine richtig gute Burrito-Bowl zu genie\u00dfen. In diesem Rezept verwende ich zum Beispiel Dosengem\u00fcse und eine fertige Salsa. Manchmal z\u00e4hlt einfach, Zeit zu sparen. Daf\u00fcr bereite ich meine eigene k\u00f6stliche Cashew Sauce zu, um etwas Selbstgemachtes und Besonderes dabeizuhaben. Es ist v\u00f6llig okay, Bequemlichkeit mit ein wenig Aufwand zu kombinieren. Hauptsache, es schmeckt! Wenn du allerdings mehr Zeit hast oder jemanden beeindrucken willst, kannst du nat\u00fcrlich auch alles selbst machen.
